Open Friendship Society of Young People of Azerbaijan and Great Britain

I SECTION
COMMON THESIS

1.1 Azerbaijan and Great Britain Young People's Open Friendship Society is a social unity acting on behalf of social development, modernizing and enlightenment of the young people holding its social foundation.
1.2 The Society builds its activity resting on the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic about the social unities, bill of rights, International right norms and its own Charter.
Juridical address of the Society: 39 General Shikhlinsky, apt. 141, Khatai district, Baku city.

II SECTION
AIMS OF THE SOCIETY

2.1 The highest aim of the Society is to improve friendship relations in scientific, civil and social spheres between Azerbaijan and Great Britain Youth, between two nations possessing ancient historical, national and moral values.
2.2 This Society - acting as a young people's unity, rejects racial, national, religious and social non-equality sticking to equality of rights for human.
2.3 The Society has right
- to propagate news about its aims and activity;
- to organize mass-media relations;
- to hold cultural, public activities;
- to use any activity form that is not prohibited by the legislative acts of the Azerbaijan Republic.
2.4 The Society can collaborate with countries and International unities that positions and interests agree with positions and interests of the Society.

III SECTION
SOCIETY MEMBERS, THEIR RIGHTS AND DUTIES

3.1 Any resident of the Azerbaijan Republic and Great Britain agreeing with the Charter of the Society can be admitted to the membership.
3.2 Admission for membership is carried out with the inquiry made for the Administrative Staff.
3.3 By the decision of the Administrative Staff, country citizens and internationally famous persons making merits on behalf of culture, scienceand other spheres can be admitted to meritorious membership of the Society.
3.4 The Society member has the following rights
- to take part in all activities held by the Society;
- to submit proposals on the several activity areas of the Society;
- to elect and to be elected to the positions of the Society according to the Charter;
- to represent the Society within authority permitted by the highest bodies;
- to resign independently from the membership of the Society.
3.5 The Society respects and protects the rights of its members.
3.6 The Society members have the following duties:
- to improve his (her) world out-look, to follow right and behavoir norms;
- to carry out duties appointed in the Charter and in the other program documents of the Society.
3.7 Any member of the Society breaking the Charter is chased with the followings:
- warning;
- punishment
- firing from the membership of the election body;
- from the membership of the Society.

IV SECTION
SOCIETY STRUCTURE AND GOVERNING BODIES

4.1 The Society is acting in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic within the authorities permitted by the legislative body of the Azerbaijan Republic and international right norms.
4.2 The Society is established and acting according to the territorial principles.
4.3.1 The Supreme Body of the Society is the Conference held at least once a year.
4.3.2 Extraordinary Conference can be held with the demand of 1/3 amount of the Society members.
4.3.3 The Conference representatives' election process is provided with the "Regulation of the Conference Representatives' Election".
4.3.4 Co-chairmen, their assistants,chairman of the Central Control-Revision Commission,Administrative Staff members are the natural members of the Conference.
4.3.5 Conference
- organizes the Society and terminates its activity ;
- passes the Charter and makes changes or additions in it;
- defines main activity area of the Society;
- elects co-chairmen of the Society, Administrative Staff and Central Control-Revision Commission.
4.3.6 The Conference passes the Charter,the additional amendments in the Charter, the decision for establishment or termination of the Society with the 2/3 amount of votes, the other decisions with the simple majority of votes.
4.3.7 The Conference is governed by the co-chairmen of the Society or their assistants.
4.4.1 In the interval between conferences the governing body of the Society is the Administrative Staff.
4.4.2 Administrative Staff
- governs the Society in the interval between conferences and its local bodies;
- holds periodic sessions at least once a month;
- elects assistants for co-chairmen;
- confirms directors and assistants appointed by co-chairmen;
- establishes temporary commissions for the extraordinary problems.
4.4.3 The sessions of the Administrative is held with rotation by co-chairmen.
4.4.4 The Administrative Staff is determined with at the most 5 persons.
4.5.1 The decreeing and implementing activity of the Society is governed by the co-chairmen in the interval between conferences.
4.5.2 Co-chairmen
- govern entire activity of the Society and is responsible for that;
- represent the Society, sign agreement in the name of the Society, make decrees and orders, pees declarations;
- govern activity of the administrative staff;
- appoint and fire department directors and secretaries;
- report to the Administrative Staff about the Society's internal conditions, position held.
4.6.1 In order to make the governing of the Society easier and provide its activity, two assistants for each co-chairman are elected by the Administrative Staff.
4.6.2 Assistants of the Society's organization activities and humanity affairs are in charge of the execution of all organization activities.
4.6.3 The Administrative Staff executes its execution function by the secretariat and departments.
4.7.1 The Secretariat consists of two persons and is confirmed with the presentation of the co-chairmen in the Administrative Staff.
4.7.2 The Secretariat presents documents to the Administrative Staff resting on the Charter,decisions of the highest body and instructions providing the Society's activity.
4.7.3 Departments of the Society
- are established by the Administrative Staff according to the important activity areas of the Society;
- are governed by the assistants appointed by the co-chairmen and confirmed by the Administrative Staff.
4.8.1 The Central Control-Revision Commission controls decisions made by the highest bodies and their actions whether they agree with the Charter and according to it raises issues before the Administrative Staff.
4.8.2 4 (four) members and the Chairman of the Central Control-Revision Commission is elected at the Conference.

V SECTION
THE JURIDICAL STATUS, PROPERTIES AND AIDS OF THE SOCIETY

5.1 The Society is a juridical person;
- has bank account, private seal, status, stamp, blank and other requisites.
5.2 Properties and aids of the Society are gained
- from the payment of the Society members;
- from the income received from the organizations established by the Society;
- from the donation received from the physical and juridical persons and receipt not prohibited by the legislation.
5.3 The internal financial relation of the Society is disciplined with the instruction confirmed by the Administrative Staff.

VI SECTION
THE TERMINATION OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE SOCIETY

6.1 The Society activity can be terminated in the following cases;
- at least by the 2/3 majority of votes of the Conference and by the decisions of the courts of the Azerbaijan Republic.
6.2 The Termination Commission is created when the activity of the Society is terminated.
6.3 When the activity of the Society is terminated, after payment of the budget debts the rest of the properties are considered to be spent for the aims taken into consideration in the Charter.
